This policy refers to Zachary & his family's personal pictures, his personalized graphics (those with him on it), and our parrot care articles. His photos are his originals and his graphics are created from dedication and hard work by his Mom, to personalize his site in the best way possible. The parrot care articles are written also by Zachary's Mom, exclusively for his website.

PLEASE...respect our copyright policy to not extract any of Zachary's pictures, personalized graphics, or our personal quotes, in any way, shape or form. We have a copyright protection (no right click to save) on this website, but we do realize that there are ways people can take any file from a website, even ones with that copyright protection. It is our personal request to those of you who know how, to please respect our wishes, and appreciate that if you put as much time and work into the photography, graphics & composition like we did, that this is a small request to ask.

Zachary's website is here for you to look at and to refer others. There is no need to take the pictures unless you plan to use it for personal reasons - please don't. Pictures can be edited and represented in the wrong ways and captioned falsely when it's used by someone else for a different purpose. For that reason we strongly feel that photos are a personal value, that should not be represented in any other way, than what it truly is, by the photo owner(s) itself. We too respect others when visiting their sites.

There are approved website logos on our Link Exchange page, that you can use to link to our site. Those are our site's only approved pictures that can be legally taken from our site.
